Katharine W Poole
Katharine Poole is a Martha’s Vineyard Native and long time resident of Nashville, TN. She is an elected TN Notary Public and an Officiant with an extensive and varied professional career in the arts and education. She is an ASCAP songwriter, a journalist, editor and novelist. The development and establishment of MRow Network provides her the opportunity to combine her talents and expertise - (along with her love of Nashville) - to share a network of diverse community members and visitors, through media and storytelling.
Katharine works diligently to provide services for her community while pursing her lifelong dream of bringing stories to life. Her mantra: “Bring the JOY!”
John Leal
John Leal began his music management career in 1994 working with the late Frank Callari at FCC Management. John represented clients including Grammy, CMA and ACM award winning vocal group The Mavericks, and the acclaimed Grammy winning singer-songwriter Lucinda Williams. John owns and operates his boutique management company, Brace Artist Management, with talent including two-time BMI award winning songwriter and recording artist Trent Summar. John served three terms (9 years) on the board of the Arts and Business Council of Greater Nashville.

Phebe Bates Social Media & Collaboration Specialist
Phebe Bates was raised on Martha’s Vineyard in a home surrounded by music and animals. She is an avid animal lover which led her to become the Assistant Animal Control Officer for the town of West Tisbury. Phebe has a love for sports, the arts, community awareness and creative entrepreneurialism.
Phebe enjoys collecting stories from people of all walks of life and sharing their experiences through social posts and unique media. She is an expert communicator who is inspired by collaborating with other professionals to highlight the unique community of Martha’s Vineyard and spotlighting the connections between MV and Music City.
